Tributary Map created by the DEP (November 2004 Zone C Delineation Project)

This map includes a remarkably detailed, large scale depiction of tributaries and other features of the Scituate public water system that were studied by the First Herring Brook Watershed Initiative. Most of the map has been unchanged since 1990. Highlighted areas were verified in the field or from other hydrological data by DEP hydrogeologist Bruce Bouck from the DEP Drinking Water Program. Please note that all waterbodies and wetlands must be verified in the field to establish boundaries for permitting purposes.
