"We looked at the segment between Summer St. and Clapp Road. This stream flows out of the South Swamp and empties into the Aaron River Reservoir, Cohasset's water source (Ed.- It is a tributary to a Class A Public Water Supply). The stream has man-made rock walls near Summer Street, then natural rock walls, then naturally vegetated banking as it flows through forest. No obstructions in the stream, water flowing clear and fast on the observation day. I believe this stream flows all year (perennial?) however we need to check again this summer."
