Galen Damon Pond

First Herring Brook flows through Galen Damon Pond. It is in Norwell, just below the South Swamp, and was created for an historic mill.

The stone structures which remain and the abundance of Mountain Laurel are special features. We explore this lovely site during our annual "Wild Turkey Walk".
