Club members enjoyed a field trip to the picturesque, wildlife rich and geologically interesting area in Scituate where the North River flows into the ocean. This was also the opening day for the statewide Biodiversity Days event. Students observed endangered coastal birds through telescopes, collected a variety of specimens, and listened to a geological history of the area prepared by Ms. Kelly.
